Natural AwakeningsRepúblicaDominicana Edition is locally-owned and part of a growing family of magazines reaching over 3.8 million responsive readers in more than 95 cities across North America and the Caribbean. Healthy living entrepreneur Sharon Bruckman launched the first Natural Awakenings magazine in Naples, Florida in 1994 in response to a strong local holistic health community and thousands of like-minded readerseager to connect with each other.

The mission of Natural Awakenings is to provide insight and inspire residents and visitors of the Dominican Republic to live happy, healthy and sustainable lifestyles that improves their quality of life environmentally, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

In both print and digital editions, each month, we provide state-of-the-art information on natural health, green living, nutrition, personal growth and creative expression, along with products and services that stand out and contribute to the well-being of the local community as a place to live, work, grow and play.

Our Commitment

Natural Awakenings Dominican Republic is a company committed to social responsibility and sustainability. Our magazine is not printed on glossy paper and will never be. Our magazine is printed on recycled paper with sustainable inks (soy or water based) and is designed to be easily recycled when our readers have finished with it. From printing our business cards on recycled paper to using leftover magazines for organic manure in the vegetable garden, we reduce, reuse and recycle everything possible in all aspects of our business operation.
